InsidePath was founded on the core belief that the defense industry, and those who use the products and services, are missing out on a large amount of the incredible innovation being created by smaller, forward thinking, companies. We aim to help our clients break into the market and provide those products and services quickly and efficiently. 

 

Our team has over 50 years of experience in the defense industry and we understand, firsthand, how complex and daunting it can be. We have seen too many great innovations and ideas lost to bureaucracy and un-flexible systems. We strive to fix that.

Cost is a function of both internal and external factors.

Mistakes will be made. Admit them, learn from them, and move on.

Do all we can to make the work environment a fun place.

Everyone must be encouraged to question things that don’t make sense.

Inversely, having your ideas questioned is not a negative thing.

Embrace the questioning and use it as a tool to improve your ideas and your methods.

An email should have a clear purpose. When writing emails, treat the reader’s time as more valuable than your own.

After reading your email, the recipient should have no doubt as to why you wrote the email and what you expect them to do. 

Profits/Revenues matter. However, they are only one of multiple factors that should be considered when making decisions.

The best leaders ensure that those they lead, thrive.

Be humble and never be afraid to ask the “stupid” question or tell a lame joke.
